Official letter 1306/TCT-CS dated april 24th 2013 by gdt guiding on the invoices with incorrect symbols
According to the guidance in the official letter 1306/TCT-CS:
Invoices made by the company have different symbols from the invoice issuance notification submitted to Tax office then the company violates the provisions of printing invoice
Because the invoices have already been printed with wrong symbols and the buyers declare tax so the company and buyers must make a record of errors for the above-mentioned invoice, and the company must make adjusted invoices for the wrong invoices. The Invoices adjusted about the invoice symbols are not used to declare additional tax adjustment records.
